80~ 90時期,伴隨相關（guān）過程推進中國大陸的焊管廠（chǎng）設備刷新和各種類型的合資企業的焊管廠進行建設,巨額海外製（zhì）造的（de）焊管（guǎn）醫衛組參加中國大陸,它們各自源自美國（guó）日本（běn）、德國（guó）等西邊欣（xīn）欣向榮國度,也（yě）逼不得已自己國台灣省,上述這些（xiē）焊管醫（yī）衛組以生產小有關直徑（jìng）薄壁家具設計無縫鋼管和異（yì）型管中心在醫衛組引入的（de）與此同時也（yě）引入了老鼻子的轟（hōng）隆,很多（duō）製造企業體（tǐ）現隨排頭兵帶（dài）的轟隆采用使（shǐ）用性能優惠中國大陸進行加工的轟隆,針對這一類型的（de）情況體現在中國大（dà）陸（lù）焊管（guǎn）的同行中也早有討論，畢竟原因哪裏（lǐ），各（gè）說不同在（zài）珠江三角形洲具體工（gōng）作的全年中,考（kǎo）古會到一部分（fèn）合資企業的焊管廠瀏覽，認為老鼻子從海外引入的焊管（guǎn）生產線,進行聯係到工場和工程人員（yuán）,就一部分技術實際問題開展過溝通（tōng）。偶爾能看見一部分技術文檔，偶爾還能到轟隆庫瀏覽，對轟隆開展較更加具體的（de）查看,總的（de）記憶是（shì）,海外的同行很高度重視（shì）焊管的有關成型方法，盡或許使轟隆在有關成（chéng）型中（zhōng）受力進行（háng）散（sàn）步（bù）趨（qū）向較（jiào）為合理,也很高度重視對轟隆孔型設計、完成配置，材料挑選及進行加工辦法的深入研究,對轟隆的看見有很（hěn）多奇崛之處,這確實（shí）對確保轟隆的質量加以起到很十分重要的實際作用（yòng）。一部（bù）分從海外引入的小有關直徑焊管機組所采用的轟隆,在材料錄取、進行加工辦法孔型設計、孔型完成配置及轟隆等（děng）高線整體結構等層麵的主要特點,供中（zhōng）國大陸焊（hàn）管廠和轟隆製造廠教育,以使原有水平上升本國焊管轟隆的質量。
During the 1980s and 1990s, with the renovation of domestic welded pipe plants and the construction of joint venture welded pipe plants, a large number of welded pipe sets manufactured abroad entered China. These welded pipe sets mainly produce small-diameter thin-walled furniture pipes and special-shaped pipes. At the same time, they also introduced many rollers. The manufacturer reflects that the roll performance of the main belt is better than that of the domestic processing roll. There has been a long discussion about this reflection among the domestic welded pipe professionals. What is the reason? In the years of working in the Pearl River Delta, different opinions have been expressed. During the years, they have had the opportunity to visit some joint venture welded pipe factories. They have seen many imported welded pipe production lines from abroad, contacted factories and technicians, and made some technical suggestions. Questions were exchanged. Sometimes we can see some technical data, sometimes we can visit the roll warehouse and observe the rolls in detail. The general impression is that foreign colleagues attach great importance to the forming method of welded pipe, make the force distribution of rolls in the forming process more reasonable as far as possible, and also attach great importance to the study of roll pass design, configuration, material selection and processing methods. There are many unique opinions about rolls. Undoubtedly, it plays an important role in ensuring the quality of rolls. Some rolls used in small diameter welded pipe mills imported from abroad have the characteristics of material selection, pass design of processing methods, pass configuration and roll shape structure, which can be used for reference by domestic welded pipe mills and roll mills in order to improve the quality of welded pipe rolls in China.
